Custom Software & Workflow Systems

Custom software that connects scattered data, streamlines operations and fits the way your team works.

I design and build custom software for businesses around their actual needs, processes and existing tools. That might mean improving a workflow, creating an entirely new one, connecting disconnected systems, consolidating information, or replacing repetitive manual steps with a purpose-built application. The goal is software that adapts to the organization, not an organization forced to adapt to generic software.

With a background in architecture, architectural and design practices are a particular focus. Projects often span Revit and AutoCAD files, drawing revisions, PDFs, emails, WhatsApp messages, spreadsheets, shared drives and project-management tools. I can build systems that bring relevant information together and connect drawings, decisions, approvals, tasks, changes, timelines and costs—making it easier to find the latest context, track accountability and avoid repeated manual consolidation.

Services can include tailored internal web or mobile apps, workflow design and automation, data consolidation and migration, integrations between existing systems, searchable document and project records, dashboards and reporting, approval processes, employee and client portals, and operational tools designed for a specific team. Where integrations are possible, the idea is to work with the software people already use rather than insist on replacing everything.

This is not limited to architecture. I work with needs across interior design, engineering, construction, real estate and property management, manufacturing, logistics and supply chains, field services and staffing, consulting and professional services, finance and accounting, healthcare, education, hospitality, retail and other organizations dealing with scattered information or inefficient workflows. Each engagement starts with understanding the problem and designing an appropriate solution, rather than selling a fixed product.
