An evidence-first Agent Skill for reviewing what a codebase actually does, not just what a status report claims.
fReview inspects the actual state of a software repository against claims of progress. It brings implementation, history, tests, exact-commit CI, release readiness and evidence gaps into one structured review.
The open-source Agent Skill defaults to read-only analysis. Deeper test execution, mutation checks or repair workflows require separate authorization; a confident report or a green CI badge alone is never treated as proof.
